Delivery

We process our orders quickly: same day or the next working day. You will receive an email confirming dispatch of your order. If tracked is chosen Royal Mail will inform you of delivery times via email.

Shipping Cards, Letters and Scrolls

UK : We charge £.91 Second Class and £1.80 for cards first class Royal Mail Letter (This is not tracked) this applies for cards only

For letters the charge is for a large letter as this will be sent in a protective envelope – 

Royal Mail Tracked 24 : 1-2 working days – £3.85 for letters and cards. £4.65 for scrolls

Royal Mail Tracked 48 : 1-3 working days – £2.80 for cards and letters. £3.65 for scrolls

Royal Mail Special Delivery: Next Working Day Delivery (Orders Placed on a Mon-Thursday)- £10.45 (This requires a signature) – Orders need to be placed by 11 am Monday to Thursday to receive the next day. Example: If a Next Day Delivery order is placed on a Friday after 11 am it won’t be dispatched until Monday. Before 11 am it will be dispatched but may not arrive until Monday.

Shipping Cards

USA / Australia / New Zealand : We post by AIRMAIL (‘International Standard’). Typically this takes TWO WEEKS to arrive but please allow THREE WEEKS as there often seems to be delays in customs. 

We believe that there is no import duty or local tax to pay on orders below $800 US dollars on USA orders or $1000 AUS/NZ dollars for Australian or New Zealand orders. The cost for this is £11.75.

Europe within EU: The cost is £11.75. We post by AIRMAIL (‘International Standard’) which should mean delivery in approximately 7-10 days  but please ALLOW TWO WEEKS. Please be aware of potential local taxes / duties being charged.
