I aim to process orders promptly – either on the same day or the next working day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been sent. If you select a Tracked service, Royal Mail will provide delivery updates via email.

Orders must be placed before 11am Monday to Thursday for next-day delivery.Orders placed after 11am on Friday will be dispatched Monday and may arrive Tuesday.

Shipping Cards
USA / Australia / New Zealand : We post by AIRMAIL (‘International Standard’). Typically this takes TWO WEEKS to arrive but please allow THREE WEEKS as there often seems to be delays in customs.
We believe that there is no import duty or local tax to pay on orders below $800 US dollars on USA orders or $1000 AUS/NZ dollars for Australian or New Zealand orders. The cost for this is £10.75.
Europe within EU: The cost is £10.75. We post by AIRMAIL (‘International Standard’) which should mean delivery in approximately 7-10 days but please ALLOW TWO WEEKS. Please be aware of potential local taxes / duties being charged.
Security
This website is highly secure. Every single page on our website is encrypted and secure, not just our checkout pages. You will see that each page starts with ‘https://’. Our web site is Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 128 bit SSL certificates (as used by large banks) to keep sensitive data secure. Payments are handled by Stripe, Apple Pay and Paypal we have no access to credit card details.
Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Any information provided by you will be used solely for the purpose of operating the website and providing the services and products to you. We fully embrace the new GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) law. We will only ever send you marketing emails if you have specifically opted in to receive such marketing.
Returns
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase(s). However if you change your mind, you can return any unwanted card(s) to us within 14 days of purchase, undamaged and in the original cellophane wrapper (if appropriate), for a full refund.
Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing an order. As all the cards and letters are handwritten we are unable to offer a refund.
Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that your cards arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We usually ask that the damaged card(s) are returned to us so that we can claim compensation from Royal Mail. We will offer a replacement card(s) or letters or a full refund.
