Is it really handwritten?

Yes! Every Santa letter is written by hand in Old English-style or cursive script using red, green, or black ink depending on the design you choose.

When will my Santa letter arrive?

All letters are posted from Hampshire, UK within 1–2 working days. Options for delivery with Royal Mail Tracked are 1–3 days. Next Day delivery is also available at checkout.

Can I write my own message from Santa?

Absolutely — you can use our pre-written example or provide your own message when ordering. Each one is handwritten just for your child.

Do the letters come with a wax seal?

Yes — each letter includes an authentic wax seal from Santa’s Workshop. The luxury gold foil design features a gold seal, while the Polaroid version includes a red seal.

Is it suitable for more than one child?

Yes — you can order for more than one child and we’ll ensure there are enough Polaroids or Nice List cards for each. If you'd like a letter per child, add each to your basket — they’ll be handwritten and sent together. Perfect for siblings or cousins!
